Behaviour and Safety
"Pupils’ behaviour is excellent because adults’ expectations are clear and consistent.
Pupils concentrate well in class and show empathy for each other. The school is a
tolerant and respectful place, with a mature learning ethos." OFSTED 2019
We have worked to establish an environment where young people feel secure enough to communicate their worries or distress, and we support them as they then address and resolve their anxieties. We encourage them to take responsibility for their own thoughts and feelings and to take opportunities to support others wherever possible. Our Code of Conduct asks pupils to cooperate, contribute and be considerate and is attached below.
