City Farm

RFHCS is developing close links with Kentish Town City Farm through a new programme of agriculture and animal care starting this Easter.

SPRING has sprung at the Kentish Town City Farm and new mother goats – Titch, Sharon, Shady and Starlight –  gave birth to six new kids recently  – adding  to the farm’s collection of four horses, 18 chickens, 100 pigs, 18 goats, 11 sheep, four geese and five ducks.

Here is a picture of Stockman, John Langan, who has vast experience when it comes to caring for pregnant nanny goats.

The new goats have also been joined by the year’s first batch of lambs, born to, Buttercups.

Our pupils are really looking forward to meeting them!
