Eating Disorders Service

The Royal Free London CAMHS eating disorder service has been running a highly successful and innovative eating disorder service since 2001. It is now one of the largest CAMHS eating disorder services in the country, currently covering six North London boroughs. Find out how we care for our patients.

The service aims to help young people with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa or atypical variations of these disorders, to recover fully in the community. The service consistently achieves excellent clinical outcomes and satisfaction ratings from our patients and their parents.

RFHCS provide full or part-time education and support for all young people and their families accessing the service.

There is a really helpful podcast on approaches to support young people with E.D from Dr Tara Porter - Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist with Royal Free CAMHS
